Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 4-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, where available.
UK returns and refunds
If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send your items back.
How to request a return
Email hello@sennley.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you the UK return address and instructions. Please don't send returns to the address on your parcel. You do not need to wait for approval to tell us you are cancelling.
Return postage and condition
You pay return postage when you change your mind. You can try items on as you would in a shop. Please include tags and packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund if handling beyond what is needed to inspect the items has reduced their value.
Refunds
For a full order cancellation, we'll refund your items and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We'll refund within 14 days of receiving the items back or evidence that you've sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email hello@sennley.com so we can help. We'll cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
US delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. The rates below apply to US orders.

US returns
We hope you love your sennley pieces. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned with original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items not eligible for return
Bodysuits and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
How to request a US return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible. Please don't send items back before receiving instructions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
